Terri Hollenkamp

President

Terri Hollenkamp is a Speech-Language Pathologist and a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati (UC). She began her distinguished career as a private practice clinician in 1985. Known as a leader for rehabilitation services in the state of Ohio, Terri has served as the VP of Legislation and Advocacy for the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has acted as a representative for the Ohio Speech and Hearing Governmental Affairs Coalition. As an active alumnus of UC, Terri has functioned as an Adjunct Instructor and has a seat on UC College of Allied Health Sciences’ Leadership Council since 2005.

Through her 25+ years of owning a rehabilitation company, Terri focused on clinical program development, delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services, education of allied professionals and providing support to her patients and their families. This vast experience and professional passion, fueled by a desire to return to Outpatient Services, has led Terri to open Beyond Limits Rehabilitation. When interviewed about the clinic’s opening, Terri said she was “excited to build patient relationships for a lifetime. When a patient comes to our clinic, I want them to know the same therapist will be here to treat them for years to come. By providing exceptional care and empowering patients to get beyond their limitations, my hope is that this strong relationship extends to our patients’ families.”

Logan Sillies

PT, DPT
Clinic Coordinator

Logan Sillies is a graduate from Mount St. Joseph University, earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Born and raised right around the corner in White Oak, Logan is excited to be delivering exceptional care to his home community. Our mission at Beyond Limits Rehabilitation is “Empowering the Possible” and Logan takes that mission to heart. He has been dedicated to the clinic since its founding in 2018 and his philosophy as a clinician is to not only help you meet your goals, but to exceed your goals.
 
Logan has experience treating orthopedic and neurologic conditions. He utilizes interventions such as dry needling to aid in addressing pain and promote healing of tissues. He has extensive training and experience in working with patients with limb loss and limb difference. Logan first worked with this patient population at the VA Amputee Clinic, where he was proud to serve our Veterans. His continued work with amputees at Beyond Limits has made him a regional leader in the field of prosthetic rehabilitation. He is currently working with multiple local and national organizations involved in the latest research on management of phantom pains and sensations. He is committed to finding better treatments and interventions for this condition. 
 
Beyond Limits is a clinic where a team of allied health professionals can address almost any functional limitation. Driven by a genuine passion for helping others, Logan works each day to guide his patients as they Empower the Possible.

Andy Beardslee

PT, DPT, MSCS

Andy graduated from Mount Saint Joseph University (MSJ) in 2009 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He gives back to MSJ by mentoring students and guest lecturing. Andy has been recognized by MSJ with the Distinguished Clinical Instructor Award and the Alumni Physical Therapy Leader Award. He has previously served on MSJ’s DPT External Advisory Board and he is actively involved in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as a Partner in Care and member of their Healthcare Advisory Board. He is one of the few Physical Therapists in the Cincinnati region recognized as a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist.

Andy’s areas of focus include outpatient amputee rehabilitation and complex neurological rehab with a specialization in spinal cord injury rehabilitation and treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis, among many other neurological conditions (stroke, cerebral palsy, PLS, etc.). His patient population also includes patients with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, and his treatment typically includes emphasis on manual therapy techniques. His own participation in running marathons and trail races feeds his interest in treating patients with running injuries as well. Whatever the diagnosis, his practice style emphasizes teaching the patient to become educated regarding their condition so they can be fully invested and participative in their rehabilitation.

Heather is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned both her BA and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degrees. With a versatile career spanning various healthcare settings, she has developed specialized expertise in orthopedic care and joint replacement. Passionate about pain management and healing, Heather utilizes dry needling techniques to target and relieve discomfort, always addressing the root cause of the issue. Committed to delivering personalized care, she tailors each treatment plan to effectively address both symptoms and underlying conditions, maximizing patient function through a hands-on, individualized approach.

Debbie Jones

Debbie Jones

PTA

Debbie Jones is a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant who works under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and obtained her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from the University of Cincinnati.
 
Debbie has continuously advanced her knowledge and skills by specializing in Myofascial Release techniques through John Barnes training. She has further deepened her expertise by completing courses focused on Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, earning a certificate in Integral Movement Method. Additionally, Debbie has pursued specialized education in pelvic floor and women’s health through Herman & Wallace training.
 
Debbie is passionate about treating the whole person, recognizing that the body, mind and emotions are deeply interconnected and can influence each other. She integrates this holistic approach into her treatments, believing that addressing all aspects of a person’s well-being is essential for a successful healing process.
Laura Fogarty

Laura Fogarty

Laura Fogarty graduated from the University of Bowling Green with a Master of Science in Communication Disorders. She earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University.

With 12 years of experience as a speech language pathologist, Laura has worked extensively in skilled nursing, acute care and outpatient settings. Her area of focus includes treatment of patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, dementia and Parkinson’s Disease. Laura is also passionate about educating the community about the role of speech therapy in neurological conditions as well as autoimmune diseases and has been a guest speaker at various support groups.

Laura is certified in LSVT LOUD, electrical stimulation therapy and MBSImP. Her background has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of neurological conditions, enabling her to deliver compassionate and effective care tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Laura is dedicated to utilizing evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes by helping them to achieve their cognitive-communication and swallowing goals.
